Have the ability to trigger workflows that connected to SharePoint Online based on previous value not equaling current value.

Have the ability to pull the previous value of a field and compare it with the new value to ensure a notification is triggered with Nintex Workflow similar to Nintex Workflow on-premise, this would allow us to trigger notifications uniquely if the status field for example changes.
