Configure Workflow feature for DEV to PROD

Please find a way to make SharePoint actions configurable. It's becoming more and more time consuming to switch workflows from DEV to PROD with the lack of configurations for 3rd party actions! The only options are the SPO "start event" values, not the actions!

If this is NOT possible, then please allow the actions to parse and read the variable value when passing a variable to the list name or sharepoint site URL. That way the actions can still be configured but be dynamic. When you pass a variable, it locks everything on that action and you cannot configure it until you manually update list name or sharepoint site URL to a value written into the configuration (not through a variable).

Something has to be improved - either on the configure workflow feature side or the action side. The focus needs to be the transitioning of dev to prod to make it more streamlined and effortless to move solutions to one SPO site to another or even making copies of lists/libraries on the same site. Either way, need something improved.
