Add a backup feature to Nintex automation cloud

A backup feature for nintex automation cloud would be great.

For example, configuration, connections, users or even workflows could be deleted by mistake.

If workflows are mistakenly deleted, in our organization it could cause troubles, and it would take days to recreate it.

This feature might be similar as the recycle bin in sharepoint, with an administrator being able to recover the lost data.

    Hi Serge,

    Thanks for reaching out.

If a configuration was changed and the design saved/published, then you can restore via Workflow versions.
If Connections are recreated with the same name, then reopening a workflow will line that design up with the newly created connection.
If a User is deleted, readding them to the tenant will restore their experience (unless they were explicitly removed from specific permission configurations).

Restoring deleted workflows is the remaining scenario that is not supported today. This is currently planned, and we are aiming for release end April 2026.

I'll endeavour to update this ticket as we progress to launch, but keep an eye on Release notes as all features are included there.

Let me know if you have any further questions or input! Regards,
    Kate
