Date only field (hide time or other selections) retains in workflow from form

This pertains to potentially both Form and Workflow Designer.

I would like to see a Date only field if possible OR when 'hide time' is set to 'Yes', that setting is retained in the workflow design.

I have discovered, with confirmation from a Support Engineer, that the issue I found appears to be a product limitation. When reviewing date fields, i.e. as per image attached, the time default is visible, and for patient data this is not a viable solution nor should a date field like date of Birth show a time, especially when Hide time is selected from the form side.

I noticed in the settings that the slide bars in a review are all showing as 'No' as default, which might explain why the time shows when I requested it not to. this would also assist in using 1 less action to reformat the date field in the workflow.

In a repeating section, this unfortunately cannot be solved and I believe this solution would ensure that any use of the date field (even in a repeat section) would relieve this product limitation.
