With the introduction of the ability to view completed task forms, there is no longer an indicator for other task assignees to see that the task form has already been completed. The user is also still able to interact with the outcome buttons. But there is no submit button on the form.
This is very confusing and potentially time consuming for task assignees who do not realize a long task form has already been completed until they get to the end and can't submit it.
Please add a banner to the top of the task form that is similar to the notice that used to display when a task was already completed. Thanks.
This is becoming an issue for us as well, users that receive multiple tasks per day end up opening the same one and getting confused by the missing Submit button.
A message at the top of the task informing them that no further action is required would be very beneficial.
@Guest The fields should be greyed out and not allow input. Can you confirm if you are having users reporting they are able to attempt completing the form?
