Add option to allow Alert on Failure to goes Form initiator

From a troubleshooting perspective, it would be ideal for users with Workflow Owner permissions to receive failure alerts. However, in large organizations, the form initiator is often the one most invested in the outcome of their request. It would be highly beneficial to have a checkbox that alerts the form initiator in the event of a workflow failure under Settings > Alerts Instance alerts. This proactive approach could help address issues more efficiently. I hope to see a feature or enhancement that facilitates this in the future.
