Accessing comments easily

Can the comment be more visible when reviewing the checklist? Or could the comment icon be interactive - so you click on it to read the comment? I have had a couple of people click on that expecting it to show the comment.

Be more specific in the temporary transfer of responsibilities in order to streamline the transfer back

When I need to assign responsibilities temporarily when someone goes on leave (generally to a direct report of theirs) it is very difficult to differentiate the assigning back. The transfer from and transfer to have similar roles so do have simila...

Process User/Status View in 'My Changes' page

This mainly concerns Promaster users. In the 'My Changes' page, currently to view the User/Status of a process you would need to hover your mouse over the head/shoulder silhouette. I found that the hover action is a bit annoying as the pop up co...

As a promaster, there are currently hundreds of approval requests in the My Changes and Approvals section. The 'Show More' button only displays about 20 additional items at a time which is quite time consuming to show all items. It would be helpfu...

Risk Module - Introduce "Inherent" label where lacking to keep consistent

When a user is creating a new risk and when they are reassessing a risk, please add “Inherent” before the words “Likelihood” and “Severity” so it keeps in line with the further below 'Residual Likelihood' and 'Residual Severity'. Hopefully this wi...

Risk status

It would be helpful to include risk status on the Risk register function. I think having statuses like draft/identified, validated/assessed, closed, rejected will help to capture risks in different stages of its cycle. Thanks!
