Include more Info in People data collection

People picker in Nintex Form includes data like name, Email, id and etc. Currently If there are people who have same name, only difference between them is Email. But most situation, it is hard to memorize emails of every person linked with process...

Reporting to include Glossary usage data

Please consider better reporting for the Glossary. We have created a PowerBi dashboard in which we track usage data. It would be great if we could also see usage data for the Glossary, including what terms are being looked at, when and by who.

Trigger email sent to owner/experts of dependancies/inputs/outputs when a change to the process occurs

When a change is made to a process a trigger email should be sent to any Dependancies/Inputs/Outputs process process owners/experts to see if the change effects their process - this would allow end to end thinking and visibility of changes

Unsolved Feedback Alert

Add a notification bubble on the Feedback button to clearly show that there has been feedback left but remains unresolved. Right now, the user has to know to open the Feedback pane and scroll through.
