    Call a web service action to support HTTP PATCH

    The "Call a web service" action is currently support GET, PUT, POST, and DELETE. Why is the PATCH missing? I found a lot of time HTTP PATCH is needed by most of the REST endpoints. Can we have this action to support HTTP PATCH as well?

    Change Start Event

    An option to change the workflow start even if all actions in the workflow are in a disabled action set. Currently its almost like redesigning the workflow if you want to change the start event. It should be made easier

    Governance for Publishing Billable or Production Workflows

    From a governance perspective it would be great if either the Designer permission level had to have admin approval to publish billable workflows or to have a some ability to have a higher permission level approve a workflow to be published.
