    Improve glossary functionality to include text in the objective, background and all other fields

    Currently, the glossary only tags content within the procedure. If a term or phrase that is in the glossary is entered into the objective of a process, the glossary functionality does not provide the popup and additional information for the term.

    Attachment drop down option for EDM files

    Currently, when staff need to link an EDM file/container to a Promapp, we have a workaround. Can we please look to add a dropdown that says EDMS file? This will make it simple for staff to attach files/containers.

    Option to roll-up feedback on a process into a single email rather than at each activity point

    If I provide feedback on multiple activities, the owner and expert get multiple emails (we had an instance of 20 emails recently). I'd like to be able to select whether to submit as I go, or complete my feedback and then submit a summary.
