Fix Package and Deploy for 4K screen.

I have a 4K screen and when I run package and deploy, the UI is so small and misaligned, it's almost impossible to work with.

Make all fields in the Instances tab sortable.

When viewing the Instances tab we cannot sort by the various fields displayed on the page. Please enable sorting for all fields (Instance name, Workflow name, Status, Date initiated, Date completed).
