Add the Option to Create a Note Associated with a LSS Tag

I would like to be able to add a corresponding note with a LSS tag (#Automation, #Waste) in order to describe/ explain why I am adding this tag. For the purposes of #Automation, I would be able to specify how I would approach automation.

remove role assignment from inactive users

Where a staff member has left the company their user profile is made inactive.. We still see inactive users in the role allocation in map view. Suggest an option to remove users from role assignment at the point where the user is made inactive.

Allow multiple training supervisors for scheduled trainees
