Recommend adding a configuration option to email owners and experts when a process requires review with the ability to set an advance notice (e.g. an email notification to be sent 1 week or 1 month in advance of a review due date).

    I agree with this idea, some process review dates are critical and can also be the catalyst for starting a process that only occurs annually.

    Our users definitely want this - they are in a highly operationalized environment and find high value in conveniences, prompts and reminders - I really like the recommendation about, or maybe it was a nuance of the recommendation, allow owners and experts to personalize their reminder, but have as a default that can be set up by the Promaster.
