    Alias ALL STAFF Role Name

    Promasters should be able to provide an Alias for the ALL STAFF role to something like 'All Team Members' or 'All Company' or 'Everyone'.

    Ability to add email when sharing a link

    Reinstate the ability to add comments or an email body when sharing a link. This feature would allow users to provide context or personalized communication, improving clarity and efficiency in sharing information.

    Block the download of video

    With proprietary videos specific to a business - the download of videos opens the possibility for the videos to 'get out' of the business. Being able to block the download function makes it a bit more difficult to do this.

    Add stakeholder names to process report

    Please can you add a column to share stakeholders for specific processes on the Process List report, it currently only shows expert and owner

    Allow Import/Export to XML for Business Analysts as well

    Currently only the Promaster is able to import/export to XML format. This is something that is useful for Business Analysts. It would be nice if there was a configuration setting where this could be controlled.

    View Only Permission for Process Models

    We current have process documentation in Visio that we would like to transfer to Process Manager by importing them as models. While we want users to be able to review these documented processes, we don't want anyone but a particular sub-set of use...
