    remove role assignment from inactive users

    Where a staff member has left the company their user profile is made inactive.. We still see inactive users in the role allocation in map view. Suggest an option to remove users from role assignment at the point where the user is made inactive.

    Open files in browser

    Promapp does not currently have the option to open files in a web browser. Could we please have this option enabled?

    Notifications for Reviews

    Recommend adding a configuration option to email owners and experts when a process requires review with the ability to set an advance notice (e.g. an email notification to be sent 1 week or 1 month in advance of a review due date).
