Ability to add email when sharing a link

Reinstate the ability to add comments or an email body when sharing a link. This feature would allow users to provide context or personalized communication, improving clarity and efficiency in sharing information.

Allow Import/Export to XML for Business Analysts as well

Currently only the Promaster is able to import/export to XML format. This is something that is useful for Business Analysts. It would be nice if there was a configuration setting where this could be controlled.

Have Time out for tasks that take too long

Sometimes our jobs may end up in an infinite loop for some reason or another. Can a Task have a time limit so it does not keep a Robot running for hours but kills the job when it has reached it's allocated time

Update Pause action to allow for longer time
