    risk display on Processes

    Associate Cost with Process Risks and Controlls

    Risk managers should be able to associate cost with identified business risks. This should be included with the process costing and should be dynamically adjustable as the risk is mitigated with controls.

    Allow read-only workflow process review

    Is there a way to open a workflow process in read-only mode? I don't want auto-save to be on when just doing a review of the workflow process. Prevents inadvertent changes. Preserves the actual last change date.

    Block the download of video

    With proprietary videos specific to a business - the download of videos opens the possibility for the videos to 'get out' of the business. Being able to block the download function makes it a bit more difficult to do this.

    Improve Documents report

    Create a report where we can know how many times and date when documents are clicked on or downloaded

    Remove original document links when transferred to new processes and process groups

    Documents currently stay linked to an original process if they are transferred to a new process. Removing the original process link allows for less administrative steps when the original process is then archived or deleted.
