Avatar profile pictures - ability to delete files

Unable to delete existing avatar picture files that people can use for their profile picture. Really need to be able to monitor and delete avatar files

Date that User Account was created

It would be useful to include a field in Process Manager on the Manage Users screen for the date when the User account was created. This information would support our management of users and tracking of licences & workflow.

Use Emails as Unique Identifier

Currently, the username "Logon" is the only unique identifier while user Email is not, which caused emails duplicates. We would like to have user Emails as unique identifier as well to avoid any duplicate issues.

Role Archiving

Role Description

Add a description when adding Roles. Today it is very difficult to identify if the Role is specific to any department or function. We have to check every association before editing, deleting or merging.
