'Expandable' Process Group Overview

We often struggle to meet different user requirements. For strategic process management, a broad process overview is required, while at the operational level, we need to split the process into several processes in order to obtain detailed informat...

Whiteboard in Process Manager

When customers are first developing new processes, or are working on converting an external process into Process Manager (either from another tool or paper based), they go and whiteboard out the proposed process flow. We should be able to provide ...

Highlight the activities in the process that are directly related to the user's roles/responsibilities

When the user is looking at a process - whether in Map or Process view - subtly highlight the activities that the user is responsible for based on their roles/responsibilities. It can be confusing for users to know what steps are theirs to take wh...

Show Process Timings/Costs in Mega Process

It would be really useful if, when viewing a Process Group (Overview/Mega Process), there was an option to show the Active/Wait Times and Costs for the processes. This will help Management and Group Champions to see the overall timings/costs of th...

Group conditional processes - being able to show if it is input/output

Currently when you add a conditional process it shows it is a two way flow in and out of the process. Would be good if you could specify if it was an input / output or both.

Drop and drag workflow map amendments

It would be helpful if there was a way that the system can be configured to allow dragging and dropping of the activity boxes in the workflow ā€˜mapā€™ screen instead of navigating back to the 'edit' screen to drop and drag the activities. This is som...

Turn off Inputs & Outputs Boxes on Process Maps when not used.

If inputs and outputs are not entered on a process, the green & red boxes should not appear on the process map. We have many processes where we don't require these fields to be filled in and they just frustrate people when they check them only...
