Ability to Highlight in a process where Training is required to carry out activities in the case of responsibility type roles

It would be useful to highlight through processes in the case of Responsibility Roles , where training is required to carry out certain activities . The value would be to improve oversight of responsibility type roles in terms of process involvement and competencies/training required and and indicate within the process map that certain steps must be carried out by a competent individual.

@Guest From a visual aspect, would you see this as shown against the role assigned for that activity or within the activity itself (i.e. the pop-up modal that appears when you click on a map)?

From a functionality perspective, would you expect this training/competency requirement to be triggered based on the role assignment or activity assignment?

For example let's assume we have the following scenario:

    • Activity: "Share brand guidelines for product"

    • Roles: "Brand Manager", "Marketer"

    • Training: "Product Branding Fundamentals"

In order to do the Activity, we want the individual involved to have completed the above Training. Should we connect that training requirement to both Roles available or should we connect it against the Activity itself?
