Export table - remove columns that cause error in import

I often have to Export all table data from one Nintex environment to another, from Dev to Test, from Test to Production, etc. When I do, I use the "Export data" feature in one environment and it generates the CSV file. Then I go to the other environment, and when I select "Import" I get an error because there are extra columns in the CSV that the Import does not like. I want the Export to have the option to remove these columns (otherwise, I first have to open in Excel, manually remove the columns, and export again to CSV):

One or more validation failures have occurred.
Column 'Created By' does not exist on this table.
Column 'Created Date' does not exist on this table.
Column 'Modified By' does not exist on this table.
Column 'Modified Date' does not exist on this table.

Also, after I removed those columns in the CSV, I got this error on the next attempt at import:

One or more validation failures have occurred.
Unable to process data on batch item '1', column 'ID' of type 'ID' is not supported.
