When printing a PDF of an improvement module report (in our case, an incident report) there are currently no options, it just comes out in the one format.
Issue 1: some information at the top of the overview is split into 2 columns. This looks confusing, especially with headings that overflow.
Proposal: remove column split or format in a way that is easier for the eye to follow (borders?)
Issue 2: the severity rating is not labelled, "LOW" or "HIGH" could mean anything without having a proper label.
Proposal: add severity label next to severity.
Issue 3: any attachments that have been uploaded to the incident are not included in the export
Issue 4: we often are required to present these reports to clients and other external parties. The current format is messy and not very professional for us to show, so we end up copying and pasting into a new format.
Proposal for issues 3 & 4: Include print options, similar to when exporting form the improvements register. Allow the selection of which information to include or exclude from the report e.g. selection for which sections to include in export; tick to only include mandatory fields; tick to exclude empty fields; tick to include attachments; toggle redact option for sensitive information (this could be configured as an option against each field in the improvements admin settings). And just better formatting in general, it's not something you can easily look at and quickly pick out information from.
