When you print a process (via PDF), there is a default footer than notes that it's an uncontrolled copy, the version and editing/print dates.
Uncontrolled Copy Only : Version x.0 : Last Edited ddd, mmm dd, yyyy hh:mm AM/PM : Printed ddd, mmm dd, yyyy hh:mm AM/PM
For some organisations (like ours) it would be helpful to include a disclaimer about it being confidential. with no unauthorised copying, use, or distribution.
Different organisations may have different requirements, so it would be valuable to allow Promasters to edit their own footer (like you can the welcome message).
