bulk update or transfer of Process Owners and Experts using the import/export functionality

Currently have to go into each user one by one to manually transfer processes. Depending on how many users, and if there are errors ie the process is linked to an archived process etc, then it will require extra steps in between. The process can take a lot of time and management depending on the number of users. Will also be good to also have an email report if a transfer is not successful and why.
