Similar to the ability to change the reporting form fields, it would be great to have the same ability to change the fields within the investigation and actions, with the exact same capabilities as the reporting additional fields.
This way the additional information template documents can be replaced. The form values can then be made mandatory and an investigation can be ensured to be complete.
Actions like provide training for example are very vague, by having the ability to create additional fields we can see the ways this training is actually being done.
