Enhance Email and Communication Options (Configure) – Some users do not log in to Promapp daily.

* When new training is assigned to a job role by the Promaster or Supervisor, and an email notification is sent to all users under that role;
* When a review date is approaching or due, with email notifications sent to the Process Owner and Expert;

*When a new Process Owner or Process Expert or anyone has been added in the RACI, and an email notification is sent to them.

    Having email notifications sent to expert and owner before review due date would be very helpful, especially when the team has a large number of promapps to manage.
