Enhance Email and Communication Options (Configure) – Some users do not log in to Promapp daily.

* When new training is assigned to a job role by the Promaster or Supervisor, and an email notification is sent to all users under that role;
* When a review date is approaching or due, with email notifications sent to the Process Owner and Expert;

*When a new Process Owner or Process Expert or anyone has been added in the RACI, and an email notification is sent to them.
