Add date range in excel file for Process Views Report

On the pdf version of the Process Views Report Date Range is included but it is not on the excel file. It would be useful to have the data range at the top of the report, similarly as in the pdf version.

    @Guest there is actually a feature idea for this that is currently under review: https://nintex.aha.io/ideas/ideas/PMP-I-650. Would love to also understand where you would like to see this setting surfaced?

    The summary panel is annoying. Once I close it, it appears again for any new process I open. Please add an off option for the summary panel, so user can decide if want to use it or not
