Ability to filter on Country / Only see records relating to your country

Add a default view to be applied by user based on country they are in. This could be determined by their email address in some instances if (AU or NZ for example are in the email addresses). Or give the user the ability to be able to filter on the country the user are working in, therefore only show processes relating to that country.
That filter would ideally apply to all pages and also when saving a new process or moving that in a different folder.
