We noticed that when certificates expired in the training module, you'd get a notification and you could mark it as seen. However it would then reappear the next day, and wouldn't go away no matter how many times youmarked it as seen.
I thought this was a bug and Nintex support took a look and said i needed to schedule training for them just so i could then mark then absent.
We all know that some people's qualifications lapse with no intention to re-qualify. A fix is needed to prevent the re4occuring notification for expired qualifications
