Highlight item to be edited (when hovering over pencil or delete)

This occurred to a staff member editing a processing today. As the Edit button / Bin icon is positioned to the far right on screen, it was difficult to determine what was being edited. In this situation, staff member wanted to delete some images and unfortunately deleted the task instead. As the staff member was a newer user to program, they were unfamiliar with versions etc. I just thought if there was some highlighting on screen to indicate what was to be edited or deleted prior to clicking on selection. Even if edit / delete were somewhat re-positioned closer to respective item may help
