Conditional Incident Form

Right now if different groups of users need to be able to see different content on the incident submission form, you need to create multiple different submission forms, even if 60% of the content is the same. It would be incredibly powerful if you could have some type of conditional control over the content of the form so that either for particular groups or roles could see different content on the submission form.

Alternatively you could have a type of "linked" submission form, where there is an initial form that then redirects to a secondary form based on the portfolio (or ideally group) that the form is associated with.
