onboarding sign off by onboarding owner for processes

when build onboarding for a new role or new employee, after adding list of processes. we should be able to assign responsibility of sign off/acknowledge to the onboarding owner instead of trainee. In many conditions, processes are part of competencies. However, it is very time consuming to add each single process to competencies for supervisor sign off.
