Linked Processes: Control default inclusion/exclusion in Timeframe calculation

We would like for an Admin setting to control if the time of a Linked Process that's added in a Procedure is Included or Excluded.

Today, Linked Processes (like all entries in a Procedure) are by default included in the calculation for the total time for that Procedure. However, in situation where Linked Processes are added for visibility it's easy to forget going to Timeframes to exclude that Linked Process from the time calculation, causing an easily missed influx of time spent on a process.

The reason why it should be an Admin setting is to not disrupt existing ways of working for companies who are used to Linked Processes included.
