Email notifications in Training Module

Training Module - to allow staff, owners and supervisors to more effectively and in a more timely manner be informed of manage training it would be very beneficial for the module to have email notifications sent at each step in the workflow. Additionally a comments field would be great at various stages also. This functionality already exists in the Improvements Module. Please consider implementing these improvements.
