Process 'star rating' report

It would be useful to gain visibility of the staff who ‘rates’ processes (and not just view them).

The idea consists in the creation of a report (similar to the ‘process view’ one). The intend would be to measure engagement, gathering feedback and to identify opportunities for improvement.
