Currently Process Manager does not have integrations into any external software solutions, which means that when a user wants to look up the details of a process they need to open Process Manager in a new tab or window, sign in, navigate to the desired process, and then either switch back and forth between tabs or open two windows next to each other so they can follow the process while executing it. A Chrome extension would enable customers to access their Process Manager content without ever needing to leave the system that they're working in, saving time and reducing the potential for errors.
