Create Report for the Objectives of Processes

Currently, there isn't a way to review the objectives of processes nor whether they actually added something legitimate when filling in the required field to create a process. It's a manual process now to go to each process individually to review. We wanted to request a report, similar to the Triggers, Inputs, Outputs, and/or even have this field added to the existing report.
