Add a initial /identifier field to user account information

In our company we have a number of individuals with duplicated names , e.g 4 John Smiths, when our users come to assign names owner names for processes etc they currently have no means to identifify whom is the correct individual to assign. We applied a workaround recommened in the community forum to apply a middle name initial after the users first name / indicator where they dont have one and this has worked. However due to a large employee base and a high level of staff movement we are using an import script written by Nintex to update our users monthly and established when this is script is run its overwriting the initials we have applied. This is incurring a level of admin burden in having to reapply middle name initials/identifiers. It would be of considerable value if Nintex could consider adding a middle name initial field to user accounts.
