Un-tag weblinks

Currently when a weblink includes a system name it will tag that system to the process. In some cases that is not desired or accurate so we would like the ability to un-tag systems from weblinks manually. We are able to untag systems in the rest of Process Manager but there is not this option available in weblinks. Adding this option would make Process Manager more consistent in functionality.

    We've had a similar request from staff. Use cases include where weblinks are being used for emails or guides (not the system itself), but the name auto-tags the system.


    Allowing users to manually remove them like you can for steps within an activity would be helpful.
