Create Training Portfolios/Folders

We have several departments who will soon be using the Onboarding and Training add-on in Process Manager. It would be really helpful if the Training/Competency Units and Onboarding Plans could be organised into Folders/Portfolios for each departments, rather than having everything in one big list.

These Folders/Portfolios could then reflect the set up for the processes themselves and the Risk Portfolios as well.
