It's very restricting that only one person is marked as the owner of a member's onboarding. It would be very helpful to assign specific training units in the member's onboarding to different individuals.
Equally I would find it very helpful to be able to share a member's onboarding other individuals so they can view it in their account. I am a trainer and the line managers of the members I'm training are not able to view their new member's onboarding plans in any easy way. It would be helpful if there was a rule built in that if the new member was assigned a certain role/responsibility in their onboarding plan then it would recognise an owner of that role/responsibility and therefore grant that individual access to viewing all the onboarding plans for the members who have been assigned that role/responsibility.
