Currently there is no simple way to produce effective reporting on processing time, wait time and volumes.
We are wanting to report on the differences between 2 processes (i.e past process compared with current process). We are wanting to see the difference for process time and wait time.
Our Nintex contact has showed us how to create process variations but the report only provides active processing time...
Attached is an example of the report we were informed to use.
