Real-time synchronization in group creation and modification (list view/icon view)

When creating groups, there are often delays in the actual display of groups. For example, it may happen that a previously created group is not displayed for several minutes. Often, out of unawareness, the group is newly created by the user, which then has to be deleted again by the promaster. In addition, name changes are not always applied, which in turn leads to confusion. In order to provide the end user with an "error-free" usage and to prevent demotivation, an adjustment here would be very welcome.
