On K2 five designer workflow, when we have a sub value in token from "Context Browser / References part" for destination user for example, we don't see the main value.
It's typically difficult to maintain workflow when we have several users. For example if we have 5 lines with "Documents | Email" we are not able to found the corresponding main value.
Reproduction steps:
Create a new list or document library in a SharePoint list named "TestSupport".
Add 3 columns with type "User or group": Manager, Manager2 and Manager3.
Create the corresponding SmartObject (K2 Application)
Create a new workflow
In Recipient part, expand Context Browser
Expand your Sharepoint List/Library.
Expand Manager
Drag and drop Email value to the Recipient list.
Result:
We can see "TestSupport|EMail".
Expected result:
We should see "TestSupport|Manager/EMail".
Note: certainly same issue for all fields of workflow: Email content...
