OOTB audit trail feature for task redirection between users prior to the task being approved in K2.

Our organization greatly relies on Nintex K2 for managing and automating our business processes. While using the platform, we have encountered issues related to the lack of an audit trail or log for tasks that have been redirected to someone else within the system. We find it crucial to have visibility into the task redirection process, specifically knowing who redirected a task and to whom it was redirected.

This missing functionality limits our ability to track and monitor task flows accurately, which impacts our process management and audit capabilities.

We would appreciate it if this feature would be considered.
