Managed SQL credentials

Ability to have managed SQL credentials in K2. Ability to capture these credentials once, then allow developers to reuse them to create new connections. These are security trimmed, similar to a service accounts, but each team has their own. Different teams are not allowed to use the same username/password -so if team A and team B needs to connect to SQL database XYZ, they each need to create their own connection using their own service account.
