We have many InfoPath forms that only send an email of themselves. We call them fire and forget forms. In Nintex it is time consuming to replace these forms because I have to have a workflow to send the email (which is just fine) but I also have to completely build the email and customize it to match the information on the form. This is extremely time consuming in comparison to a "fire and forget" form. I want to be able to have a list with content types turned on so that I can have multiple forms and then have one workflow that will email what ever form that was filled out. If this was an option it would be HUGE. I could be a hero at my work!..but that is not the point, I don't need to be a hero. I thing this would be a great asset to the entire community. What do you thin? For me, I could replace somewhere from 40 to 80 forms very quickly. If this can be done or simulated in any way currently, please let me know.
