Why?
No notification would be sent and no error would be displayed (only in the uls-logs) that no notification was sent, when for example
- a notification should be sent to a sharepoint group
- a person in the sharepoint group has a deactivated ad account
- the 'Send individually addressed notifications' checkbox is not checked.
Normally, notifications would be sent to the rest or the action would remain in an incomplete state.
For example, if I send an email from a mail client to all the people in the sharepoint group, my notification will be sent to all of them ( excluding the ones with the deactivated account) and I will get a message that a delivery was not possible.
