Allow Send and Email action to allow links

I like the improvement in the "Send an Email"
action with some rich text formatting options. But please add the ability to insert a LINK. This is super critical for me. With the prior email action, I could add a URL into the message and at least the URL was displayed as a clickable link. But with the new action, the URL is displayed to the recipient as plain text that is not clickable.
