Branch by value character limit

Fix the character limit restriction for the branch by value action. When using a start event form we can't use this action if choice fields exceed the limit. There are workarounds but this is simple, not sure why there is a restriction at all, we need to build a string based on the choice selected.

I do not know what the limit is, but I can't branch by value because of one of my choices which is a value of "I need a workflow(s) reviewed and published to production".

I didn't see any "notes" in the help documentation so wondering if this is a bug????
